Hello my friends. Thank you so very much for taking the time to read my blog, your time is precious (especially if you are out there striving to make a difference in your life with a Home Based Business) Here’s a little bit about me, who I am and where I’m from. I was born and raised in a small town in England called Cirencester. A beautiful town in the glorious countryside setting of the Cotswolds. Every time I go home I wonder why I left (but that’s a different story) I spent my early 20′s working on-board cruise ships as a Massage Therapist, this was an amazing opportunity that allowed me to see much of the world and something I would suggest every twenty-some go do), but ruined me for any future life in England, I liked being in America.

I continued to work and travel in various places including building a Bamboo Bar in Thailand, working on-board casino boats in Eilat, Israel. I spent many years touring America but after a while I knew I had to get serious about my future and what I should do with my life.

I have always wanted 2 things in my life, a family and to be a part of something I could be passionate about. I love photography, taking pictures of my family – ok my 2 yr old son- then creating albums etc, but you can’t make a living from that, can you?

Working from home, being home, is what drives me, time freedom, I enjoy working but I also LOVE my free time, it has to be relative. Sure it woud be great if we didn’t have to work but unfortunately we are not all that privilaged. I want time freedom to enjoy my family and have plenty of money to ENJOY my family with. Can you imagen a life without money worries, my shoulders relax instantly, don’t yours?

My journey of entrepreneurship started back in 2005 when I answered the phone to my first ever prospecting call. “Join us, we’re making money” the guy said and I like a fool said “OK”. I still shake my head in dis-belief at my naivety. I forked over a silly amount of money and truly thought I was set. Yeah, right.

For years I struggled to make anything happen, I did the usual thing of purchasing leads and cold calling, something I absolutely hated with a passion. I designed my own web sites (which were pretty good) but no one ever saw them. I ducked in and out of opportunities thinking that had to be the reason nobody would join me.

Then one day I came across MyLeadSystemPro and Mike Dillard’s Magnetic Sponsoring and it was like someone slapped me across the face. Everything they said made sense. Ah don’t pitch your opportunity, lead with value, by helping, by being an example. Since then I don’t pitch my opportunity, I focus on team building, you are stronger as a team than you are hiding behind your computer by yourself. I love this industry, I love the positive vibration it lives in. We can all be better, do better and have better. This is the industry of positive mindset, where the only qualifications you need to succeed is a good work ethic, enough passion to overcome the obstacles and a heart big enough to build up and mentor others.
